Here is the official ranking coming out of the irb global listening outpost. The latest communication from the outpost offered no explanation or disclaimers. There was only some cryptic remarks about “full stiebers”and “all will be compelled”. It was at that point that the transmission transitioned to the a continuous loop of the Benny Hill theme song.
